**Position Overview**:
Reporting to Cabot’s VP, Commercial Strategy, the Ecommerce Manager is a key player driving digital success across Cabot’s global properties.
Cabot’s Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for executing Cabot’s Ecommerce strategy while also supporting overarching retail initiatives on a fast-paced and growing team.
With ecommerce as a new sales channel for Cabot, this role presents an exceptional opportunity to execute on a best-in-class web experience for our scaling portfolio that complements our on-property shops.
**Profile Overview**:
Experienced with ecommerce systems, merchandising, and marketing, this individual has an entrepreneurial spirit and brings positivity to the Retail team while also exemplifying Cabot’s values of confidence, authenticity, humility, and warmth. A passion for the world of golf is a bonus
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Execute on ecommerce strategy laid out by VP, Commercial Strategy and Director of Retail to grow our best-in-class online presence
- Own invoicing for all ecommerce inventory
- Coordinate with Tee Commerce on all store buildout and maintenance
- Partner with Director of Retail to roadmap exclusive drops with preferred vendors
- Run reporting on all Web sales & KPIs
- Partner with data analytics integrated retail dashboard to compare web and store KPIs
- Partner with marketing on consistent photo shoots for elevated web assets
- Support Director of Retail across seasonal assortments, systems integrations, vendor communication, uniforms, and gifting
**Skills**:
- Expert on Shopify or relevant ecommerce platform
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a larger team
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and see them from concept to completion
- Strong relationship development skills
**Education & Work Experience**:
- 2+ years’ work experience in ecommerce
- Exposure to brick and mortar retail a plus
- Experience working for luxury and / or hospitality brands an asset
- Experience working in fast-paced environments under pressure
