Administrative Assistant

The Drain Doctor is a family-owned drain cleaning business that has been in operation for over 42 years. We clean drains from as small as fountain drains to complete sanitary and storm systems.
**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:
Assisting and support for the accounting department
Provide coverage and back up for the phones
Data Entry
Filing
Photos layout in Word
Administration of company safety program, certificates of insurance, WCB clearance letters
**Qualifications, Skills and Experience include**:
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
Excellent data entry skills
Excellent organizations skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in accounting / accounts payable is an asset
Experience in the plumbing industry is an asset
**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
