**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and grow T1’s national Brand Ambassador recruitment database.
- Assist with the recruitment process for T1 Brand Ambassadors; including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, conducting interviews, and performing reference checks
- Prepare, distribute, collect, and submit employee contracts and payroll documents on a regular basis.
- Work in partnership with all Account teams to understand staffing needs for different programs and clients.
- Coordinate staff scheduling for Brand Ambassadors for each program and conduct pieces of training as needed.
- Provide on-site support with events / Brand Ambassador’s.
- Develop and foster relationships with Brand Ambassadors to ensure satisfaction and retention of all-start talent.
- Provide administrative support for various programs and projects.
- Support internal HR initiatives
