JOB SUMMARY:
Providing administrative support to the GM/Executive.

Preparing and processing purchase orders, expense reports and facilitating GM approvals on behalf of other departments.

Assist with data entry for all bookkeeping processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations.

Assist with Finance division with billing groups, filing, contract management.

Assist Hotel Operation as needed (Rooms, Food and Beverage, Sales Division).

Cultivating strong professional relationships within the hotel while maintaining discretion and high confidentiality of the office.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 2 years of previous bookkeeping experience in a professional environment

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or administrative/secretarial role.

Hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.

Exemplary business communication skills with fluency in verbal and written English.

Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle conflicting demands.

Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area and file storage system.

Exceptional organization of personal work as well as others’ schedules and needs.

Strong attention-to-detail with a focus on delivering quality while meeting deadlines

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 -28 per week

**Salary**: $24.50-$25.50 per hour
