About the Position: *
The Administrative Assistant provides sales and service support to Kinetico customers.
**Key Areas of Responsibilities**:
- Coordinates Costco demonstrations nationally. Arranges Kiosk setup and staffing, communicates demonstration schedules, and prepares contact information for event participants.
- Maintains files of Costco program participants and tracks program sales, points, and related information.
- Enters dealer sales into the Costco Database on a timely basis ensuring reports reflect accurate sales, unit, payment, and profit details.
- Serves as DocuSign point person.
- Processes Costco online sales.
- Communicates effectively with internal Kinetico departments to ensure superior customer service and accurate and timely sales administration.
- Provides back up for the Customer Care Administrator.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: *
- A High School Diploma with 1-3 years’ experience working in a customer service-oriented role.
- Must be professional and show initiative.
- Must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, action and goal oriented, and have above average organizational skills.
- Must be able to prioritize as instructed and be flexible to change priorities as needed.
- Must have a proven “customer-centric” focus; understand customer service, and the value of creating a positive experience for the customer.
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including proficient abilities with Word and Excel.
- Must be dependable and have integrity
- Must have knowledge of business, administrative, and clerical procedures, and systems.
