The Administrative Assistant provides sales and service support to Kinetico customers.

The position coordinates Costco demonstrations and the associated duties surrounding the demo. Maintenance of files, tracking and related information in the computer system is required.

Processing of orders, DocuSign, and database oversight are all required tasks for this position. Also, backup support of other office personnel is required.

Skills & experience:

- A High School Diploma with 1-3 years’ experience working in a customer service-oriented role.
- Must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, action and goal oriented, and have above average organizational skills, be professional & show initiative.
- Must be able to prioritize as instructed and be flexible to change priorities as needed.
- Must have a proven “customer-centric” focus.
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be proficient with Word and Excel and able to utilize other Microsoft platforms.
