Purchasing /administrative Clerk

**Wanderosa Wood Products Ltd.** a distributor and manufacturer of raw panel, melamine and plywood products since 1983. From our 160,000 sq. ft. distribution and manufacturing facility in Bolton, Ontario we supply product throughout Southern and Central Ontario to the store fixture, millwork, kitchen cabinet, exhibit and other woodworking industries.
We are searching for an individual who is a team player to assist primarily with the purchasing department to efficiently procure, receive and manage inventory. Outside the department the position will be responsible for other administrative and clerical duties to cover vacations and absences as required.
**Purchasing/ Inventory Duties**:
- Matching purchase order with delivery documents
- Receiving inventory in our ERP system
- Match back orders with incoming products
- Generating bar code labels for incoming shipments
- Verifying confirmations against our purchase orders
- Enter manual purchase orders into the system
- Provide ETA information to the sales reps when requested
- Assist in gathering information to secure vendor credits
- Assist in organizing scheduled cycle counts.
- Assist with the year-end inventory count
- Answer incoming calls
**Administrative Duties**:
- Invoice and payment processing coverage when required.
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements and qualifications**:
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills including experience working with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience working with an ERP system.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience working with a warehouse management system would be preferred but not required
**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
