Office Manager

Myers CARSTAR - located at Hunt Club and Merivale across from the Costco gas bar - is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and organized multi-tasker to join our team as an Office Manager. This is a full-time position with working hours Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Perform financial duties including processing payments, preparing daily deposits, and account receivables
- Providing accurate and timely Payroll/HR-related administration/record keeping
- Prepares and reviews various reports/updates - including morning reports, rental updates, production reports, etc.
- Assist in front-end duties including scheduling customer repairs/estimates, greeting customers, and follow-up calls
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting/payroll/general office management
- Strong attention to details
- Good verbal and written skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Valid Driver’s license and insurable driving record

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
