**About Grandview Consulting**:
Grandview is a subsidiary of Solva Senior Living Inc. Grandview’s primary business is to provide consulting and lease-up services to developers and established communities with greater than
50% vacancy. We do this by deploying high-performing leasing teams with a full backend support system with operations, marketing, etc.. Grandview also works with established operators to provide strategy, support, and coaching.
**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Office Administration
- Provide administrative assistance to the Grandview team, including Leasing Agents out in the field.
- Preparing leases using docu-sign
- Filing and keeping accurate records using a variety of systems and software.
- Provide support to the Marketing Manager as required, including assisting with logistics for marketing events or initiatives.
- Provide support to the operations team as required, including taking meeting minutes and tracking action items
- Support the Executive Director of Solva Senior Living, including answering calls and assisting with research.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, stocked, and inviting.
- Greet guests that come into the office and offer hospitality.
- Order supplies and materials and ensure they are delivered to the Leasing Agents in their field.
- Create and monitor listings for multi-residential rentals.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with ordering, posting, mailing, etc..
- Take meeting notes and ensure action items are tracked for completion.
- Other related duties as required.
**Qualifications**
- Extremely creative, can-do attitude with a strong ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working in office administration. Preference for those with experience in senior housing or multi-residential rentals.
- Must demonstrate a strong ability to operate as a self-manager and demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, and leadership.
- Bilingual (English and French) is a strong asset.
- Must have an excellent understanding of computers, including Google Docs and Microsoft programs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
