**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Undergraduate degree, preferably in marketing, communications, project management or digital media
- Exceptional people skills, _must always have an answer_
- Great personality, very positive and motivated
- Able to work from 10:30 am - 6:30 pm Mondays-Fridays, possibly weekend days in the future
- Open minded, willing to learn and up for any challenge
- Hard working
- Able to follow instructions and able to get up to speed on office procedures QUICKLY
- Seeking someone with exceptional organizational skills
- Has an interest in the film industry, modeling, entertainment industries etc.
- Help manage social media inquiries and posting

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English REQUIRED
- Quick learner, able to customize and work off of a script if needed
- Able to multitask - handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
- Experience with content creation (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and managing social media channels
- Ability to operate basic video cameras is a bonus
- Experience with Adobe Premiere and Photoshop is a bonus

The TN work culture can be fun, exciting and relaxed but the workflow can also be very high paced/high pressure at times. Regular operating hours are 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM. Plenty of room to learn and grow with us

We are looking to hire someone IMMEDIATELY to a Full-Time position.

Hourly rates vary depending on your experience level and education.
