Sales Coordinator

**What You Will Do**
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting our nationwide sales efforts. You will collaborate with our sales team and external partners to drive revenue growth and ensure the smooth execution of sales activities. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to our overall success in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.- Assist the national sales team in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.- Support the sales team with quoting and contract generation for new business.Support existing customers with Moves, Add, Changes and Delete (MACD).- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the marketing department to create sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials that align with our brand and sales objectives.- Assist in the preparation and analysis of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Assist with developing and maintaining Sales documentation.- Monitor and track sales activities, including order processing, contract management, and customer account management, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.- Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members and BDRs, providing guidance on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, pricing structures, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and provide appropriate recommendations.- Stay informed about competitors' offerings, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify potential risks and opportunities for our sales team.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and tools, suggesting enhancements and implementing best practices to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

**Qualifications**
Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field plus a minimum of two years recent, related experience. Sales experience in the telecommunications industry is an asset. A combination of education, skills, and experience may be considered.
**Skills and Abilities**- Comprehensive knowledge of company offerings, products and services and industry trends- Passionate and enthusiastic about sales; demonstrated knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles- Demonstrates initiative, judgment and adaptability; takes a solution-based approach to problems and resolves problems quickly and effectively- Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills; and strong business acumen, with the ability to interpret sales data and generate meaningful insights- Possesses strong attention to detail- Ability to organize work, be accurate, set priorities, multi-task and work with mínimal direction; ability to meet strict deadlines- Ability to work collaboratively as a team, or independently- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to build and maintain strong relationship skills and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients- Possesses integrity, confidentiality and high ethical standards- Knowledge in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software, as well as Microsoft Suite and/or G-Suite.
