Hospitality Sales Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Hospitality Sales Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating sales programs, and analyzing key performance metrics.

Salary and BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $60,000 per year, as well as quarterly incentives and an annual profit-sharing bonus. You will also enjoy 15 accrued PTO days per year and comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular check-ins, program performance reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Program Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop customized reports, oversee program implementation, and ensure timely delivery of all program components.
- Sales Strategy and Support: Gather client goals and KPIs to enable tailored programs, work with the sales team to develop effective strategies, and provide comprehensive sales support.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, provide insights and recommendations, and prepare regular reports on program performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- IHG and Choice brand experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality sales, client management, or program management.
