**Job Description:**

  • The Client Program Coordinator will serve as the main liaison between Gillis and specific hotel brand programs. This role is responsible for implementing strategic efficiencies to ensure successful execution and delivery of program commitments. You will collaborate with Business Development and Sales Departments to provide a seamless client experience.

**Responsibilities:

  • You will represent both the hotel brand and Gillis, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery. This involves building and nurturing strong client relationships through regular check-ins, program performance reviews, and strategic discussions to align with client objectives.
  • You must work closely with Gillis and hotel brand stakeholders to develop customized reports that align with brand standards. These reports showcase the selling journey of the Area Sales Manager.
  • Candidates will oversee the implementation of sales programs, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery of all program components.
  • Partnerships require cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams within both the hotel brand and Gillis to execute hotel brand and Gillis programs seamlessly.

**Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • IHG and Choice brand experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality sales, client management, or program management.
  • Strong background in managing client relationships, ideally in a corporate or B2B setting within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
