Hotel Client Program Coordinator Lead

Job DescriptionThe Hotel Client Program Coordinator Lead will serve as the main liaison and communicator between Gillis and specific hotel brand's special programs. This role requires building and nurturing strong client relationships through regular check-ins, program performance reviews, and strategic discussions to align with client objectives.
This position involves collaborating closely with sales teams to support lead generation, enhance brand awareness, and drive revenue initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven organizational skills, strong client management and communication skills, experience in hospitality sales, and a proven ability to coordinate complex program elements across stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Relationship Management: As the primary point of contact for corporate clients, you will represent both the hotel brand and Gillis, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Program Development and Execution: You will collaborate with Gillis and hotel brand stakeholders to design customized sales programs that align with client goals and market trends.
- Sales Strategy and Support: You will develop a deep understanding of client goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to enable Gillis to create tailored programs that meet specific objectives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to both clients and stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams within both the hotel brand and Gillis to ensure seamless program execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- IHG and Choice brand experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality sales, client management, or program management.
- Strong background in managing client relationships, ideally in a corporate or B2B setting within the hospitality industry.
- Competitive salary ($55,000 - $60,000), quarterly incentives, and an annual profit-sharing bonus.
- 15 accrued PTO days per year.
