**Role: Desktop Support (English and French)**
**Location: Cote Vertu Ouest, Dorval, Quebec (Onsite)**
**Knowledge on End User Computing Devices (Laptop / Desktop / VDI)**
**Expertise on windows 7/ 10 administrations**
**Good troubleshooting skills on MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer and other Operating system related issues**
**Knowledge on PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting (including print & scanning devices)** Hands on Experience on MS Office upgrades / deployments Working knowledge on Dell laptops/Desktops hardware issues Troubleshooting of Office 2016 issues
**Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN related issues**
**Mobile Device Management support**
**Experience on Windows Imaging process using SCCM**
**Experience on Data Migration tools and O365 One drive** Knowledge on windows server operating system, DNS and DHCP
**Knowledge on Switches and Routers**
**Good communication skills and should be good in French**
**Knowledge on Application packaging and Imaging**
**SCCM Knowledge**
**Experience on Office 2016 upgrades / Deployments.**
