Isologic Innovative Radiopharmaceuticals Ltd. is the Canadian arm of PharmaLogic, the fastest-growing SPECT & PET radiopharmaceutical solutions provider and contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) with radiopharmacies across North America. We are passionate about expanding the power of radiopharmaceutical technology to provide transformative diagnostic and therapeutic agents to patients from bench to bedside.

As a Key Account Manager, you will report to Isologic’s VP, Business Development and be a key member of the sales team. You will be responsible for promoting and representing Isologic’s product line in Quebec and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders in the provincial hospital network. Your main sales territory will cover Eastern Canada. This dynamic role requires a blend of strategic thinking and entrepreneurial skills to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with current and potential customers as needed to build and retain business relationships, including key decision makers, nuclear medicine physicians and doctors, pharmacists, PET/SPECT imaging site staff, and other allied health professionals.
- Maximize opportunities for customer satisfaction through monitoring of daily activities and exception reports. Act as the contact point for all clients, from technologists, doctors and administrative support and ask: “How can we do better?”.
- Monitor and document customer satisfaction levels and call/performance metrics.
- Expand market awareness of products by effectively communicating features and benefits.
- Maintain records of customer communications and contact information.
- Contribute to contract lifecycle management. Assist in responses to Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI).
- Maintain customer outreach initiatives that make best use of technology and online tools for consolidation and building of customer relationships.
- Contribute to and deliver marketing messages consistently in various settings.
- Ensure compliance with new commercial developments, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge of competitor products and reporting intelligence on pricing and strategies back to the Executive team

**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree (science/business degree preferred) or Nuclear Medicine Technologist diploma.
- Two to five years of relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical, radiopharmaceutical, or nuclear medicine industry is preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device/equipment sales is an asset.
- Knowledge and/or experience in radiopharmacy is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and both written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, and virtual technology (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Efficient, organized, and motivated with effective time management skills.
- Collaborative team player with cross-functional teamwork experience.
- Up to 50% business travel required based on customer locations and territory size.
- Holds a valid driver’s license in good standing, with no restrictions.
- Personal vehicle required and business km will be reimbursed as per Government of Canada guidelines.
