- As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager.- As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the ‘go-to partner’ for commercializing medicines, we have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team in Canada, covering the province of Quebec.- The role will be of interest to highly motivated individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for the development of robust, strategic business plans that aim to execute brand strategy and tactics in the field and deliver sales performance while focusing on cultivating productive and collaborative relationships with HCPs (Healthcare Practitioners) and key stakeholders. We firmly believe in a strong and entrepreneurial account management focus and encourage the development and implementation of innovative initiatives that benefit patients and bring value to HCPs.- The Key Account Manager will have broad responsibilities, requiring a highly credible and experienced leader who relishes accountability, autonomy, and an entrepreneurial approach to achieving their objectives.-
**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and execute Regional Business Plan that is customized to territory needs and priorities, and places the patient at the center of any initiatives and efforts
- Collaborate with Medical, Reimbursement and Patient Program personnel as required to optimize overall commercial success within the region
- Ensure flawless execution of brand strategies and tactics, as outlined by Marketing and agreed-upon corporate priorities
- Develop and propose innovative, customer-insight-driven proposals to the organization to develop the business at a local level
- Effectively cultivate productive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) in both academic and community settings
- Identify potential thought leaders and develop and sustain relationships
- Continuously build understanding of HCP needs and expectations, territory landscape, market dynamics
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Advanz’s products, Patient Support Program, reimbursement landscape and stay abreast of key market challenges/trends.
- Effectively utilize a blend of multi-channel tools and channels, including digital, to support customer engagement, disease understanding and brand awareness
- Organize and execute OLA (Other Learning Activity) meetings and seminars to promote the Advanz company image and/or product awareness, while remaining ‘on-strategy.’ This may mean involvement with regional, national, and international Hepatology meetings
- Ensure adherence to Advanz compliance framework and relevant industry/country laws /codes of conduct
