Application Deadline: As soon as possible- Location: Quebec, Quebec, CA, G1R 4S9- Contract Type: Full-Time- Working Hours: 40- Employment Type: RegularGrundfos Canada Inc. is seeking a Key Account Manager to join its Domestic Building Services (DBS) sales team. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing, building and developing several key accounts in the domestic building services segment, including but not limited to wholesalers and contractors.
The Key Account Manager will manage key accounts in the province of Quebec and can be based anywhere in the province preferably in the Montreal or Quebec City areas.

**What is the job about?**
Key responsibilities:

- Realize individual sales target. Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide working guidelines for the sales team.
- Develop and maintain Partners network, develop competency in collaboration with Channel management.
- Build up and maintain good relationship with all external stakeholders, including end users, design institute, consulting firms, authorities, and etc.
- According to sales target, work out sales strategy and action plan in the specific business area of the specific region.
- Monitor account performances, stock management, follow up with customers on strategies and plans to grow the market share.
- Assist in the development of Residential Business Services.
- Develop new business areas and new customers.
- Project pipelines follow up and updates.
- Get update marketing status & report to direct.
- Update CRM tool on sales order, opportunity, quotation and activities.

**What do you need to apply?**
- A degree, diploma or certificate in Engineering or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- 2 years of relevant sales and/or account management experience.
- Must be fluent in both French and English (speak, read and write).
- Technical experience in HVAC, building/domestic systems, plumbing or similar.
- Experience managing defined processes.
- Possess industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the industry.
- Ability to lead project progress and business process.
- Solid knowledge of plans, processes, and activities in the DBS segment.
- Strong technical knowledge of products, systems and local regulation for the HVAC industry would be an advantage.
- Strong ability to influence others.
- Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable.
- Class 5 drivers license.
- Able and willing to travel within the province.
