**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support such as preparing documents, contracts, and presentations
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Utilize creativity and graphic design skills to create visually compelling marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and more.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, property listings, client testimonials, and other promotional purposes.
- Manage and maintain our social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics tracking to enhance our online presence and audience engagement.
- Support our sales team by qualifying leads, conducting follow-ups, and nurturing client relationships to drive conversions and maximize sales opportunities.
- Assist in coordinating marketing projects and campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in graphic editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Experience in video editing using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIn) and experience in social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for different audiences.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A basic understanding of sales principles and inside sales techniques is a plus.
