Job Description: Administrative Office Assistant - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Real Estate Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Office Assistant in the real estate field, you will play a crucial role in supporting our agents and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your expertise in contract writing, social media, marketing, and event planning will be essential in helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients. Proficiency in real estate software such as Paragon, WebForms, CMA, and CRM (Chime) is required.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the preparation and writing of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

2. Manage and maintain listings and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.

3. Support agents with marketing activities, including social media management, creating and distributing promotional materials, and coordinating advertising efforts.

4. Conduct market research and assist in the creation of comparative market analyses (CMA) using real estate software to support pricing and listing strategies.

6. Schedule and coordinate appointments, showings, and meetings for agents, clients, and other stakeholders.

7. Support general administrative tasks, including filing, document organization, and record keeping.

8. Uphold client confidentiality and maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Real Estate Assistant or in a similar administrative role within the real estate industry.

2. Strong knowledge and proficiency in real estate software platforms such as Paragon, WebForms, CMA, and CRM (Chime).

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

4. Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing strategies within the real estate context.

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

7. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

9. Knowledge of real estate terminology, contracts, and legal procedures is preferred.

10. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for property visits or event attendance.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surrey, BC V3Z 1H8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surrey, BC V3Z 1H8
