- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends is preferred

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Canva & Capcut proficiency is required
- Bilingual abilities are highly desired
