This position is to provide support to a busy Real Estate agent. You will be responsible for administration, social media, as well as, but not limited to, other duties as described herein.

1-2 years of previous Real Estate experience is preferred and wage will be based on experience.

5 days per week, including weekends
6-8 hours a day
30-40 hours per week
Location: Surrey, BC

$45k - 60k

Willing to pay more if LICENSED

**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Tasks:
Uploading and updating listings on MLS
Offers - preparation of offers, amendments, waivers and other related forms/ documents using WebForms (TransactionDesk)
Booking appointments and tracking confirmations - following up where required
Coordinating schedules and keeping office organized
Assisting with pre-construction sale projects and completing worksheets
Provide training to agents on new software or tools
Database management
Expense tracking
Marketing/Social Media:
Updating social media and websites with new listings (Facebook/Instagram, etc).
Managing social media advertising
Maintaining the team website (working with a third party)
Creating and sending marketing materials
Listing Preparation:
Coordinating listing property set up/preparation, such as booking/coordinating/scheduling photographers and other third parties
Assisting with open houses
Client Relationship Maintenance

Managing client database
Working with online CRM
Ensuring all required paperwork/documents are collected and completed correctly
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous Administrative experience is required
1-2 years of previous Real Estate experience is preferred
Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
High level of initiative and the ability to multitask
Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong time management capabilities
Strong data entry and reporting skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Working knowledge of Social Media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
Access to your own vehicle is required.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
