**Multiple Full-Time/Part-Time Opportunities**
Reports to the Manager, we are looking for Front Desk Administrators with customer service experience and digital marketing skills to take on a vital role in supporting daily operations and targeted content creation
**Job Requirements **(Expected Behavioral Attitude and demonstrates the following Skills)
- Exhibits keen attention to detail.
- Articulate communicator, able to work with people whose first languages are not English.
- Strong time management skills - Prioritize workload and adheres to established deadlines.

- Comfortable in asking team members questions if a further understanding is required.
- Flag potential issues or delays in a timely manner.
- Customer service Orientation, well organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Completes appropriate training as provided independently.
- Constantly search for ways to reach quality goals by establishing or following processes and procedures. Strives for continued improvements.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment in assigned area of responsibility
**Position Descriptions**
- Providing Support for Deal Secretary or our real estate agents.
- Monitoring the flow of correspondence to ensure proper action is taken in a timely manner.
- Coordinating scheduling of appointments, meetings, and associated requirements.
- Calendarize deadlines and follow-ups.
- Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite, and popular social media platforms.
- Create and shape consistent and relevant messaging across all marketing collateral to drive our social media presence.
- Engage in our target audience marketing campaigns and all of the nuances of company branding.
- Reviewing legal documents for accuracy-Ensuring complete and accurate filing (hardcopy and electronic) of all legal documents.
- Curate multichannel media posts, articles, videos, and news feeds, evaluating content for opportunities.
- Excellent telephone manner.
**Core Competencies**
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- confidence to work independently - and to know when to ask for help.
- Self-Starter-tech savvy and can learn new tools quickly.
- University/College education.
- Mandarin Speaking and writing is a MUST, familiar with Mandarin social media platforms.
- Office administrative and/customer service experience is an asset.
