**Compensation**: $48,000 - $50,000 USD
$63,000 -$65,000 CAD

Our Cova Pay team is the driving force behind the modern payment solution Canadian cannabis retailers have been eagerly awaiting. At Cova, we're committed to revolutionizing the digital payment experience for both merchants and customers. Our team works tirelessly to ensure that Cova Pay provides a seamless, reliable, and secure platform, fully integrated with Canada's most-trusted cannabis POS. Our team is constantly pushing the boundaries to deliver a superior payment solution that meets the unique needs of the cannabis industry.

**Note this role requires occasional evening and weekend support, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.**
**What you'll be doing**:
- Communicate directly with clients to gather required documentation
- Convert client documents to PDFs, rename as needed, and upload to SharePoint
- Inform clients of approval or decline status
- Following client's approval, assist in onboarding, including ordering hardware terminals and providing remote installation support, as needed
- Regular check-ins with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and collaboration
**What we're looking for**:
- 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the financial industry
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field, considered an asset
- Strong operational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in document management tools (DocuSign, Adobe, M365, SharePoint)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Salesforce and project management software
