**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The IT Administrator will play a critical role in liaising with the IT support company, ensuring that the IT infrastructure aligns with the organization’s goals and facilitates its operation efficiently. This role will work closely with the Business Solutions team on IT projects and manage the implementation of new software and hardware. This role is based out of Regina, SK and will be on a hybrid mode (a minimum of 3 days/week in the office).
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Coordinating IT-related activities for the organization, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly.
- Managing IT projects, including the implementation of new hardware and software.
- Liaising between the IT support company and other departments to identify and meet their technology needs.
- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of IT systems to prevent or address problems.
- Assisting in the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures.
- Providing technical support and training to employees, enhancing their ability to use IT resources effectively.
- Monitoring the performance of IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
- Maintaining an inventory of hardware and software for the purpose of asset management and budgeting.
- Managing the IT components of employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Assisting in the management of the SharePoint environment for all departments.
**ABOUT YOU**
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT administration or similar role.
- Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- This role is based out of Regina, SK and will be on a hybrid mode (a minimum of 3 days/week in the office).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $42,082.90-$80,557.86 per year
