Custom Accounts Representative

**Summary of Role**

Reporting to the Custom Accounts Supervisor, the **Custom Accounts Representative** provides the highest level of proactive customer care and sales support to both internal and external customers.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- First point of contact for Key Account Representatives
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Complete and maintain customer promotional files for Key Account and Account Representatives as required
- Fill in Listing and New item forms for retailers
- Assist with submitting data into various customer portals
- Process incoming orders for retailers deemed Key Accounts
- Running/refreshing various reports, as needed for order follow up
- Process incoming EDI orders
- Assist with order entry for Customer Care based on volume
- Contribute feedback related to Customer Pricing and Purity Life Information Centre (PLIC)
- Process various types of credits, including assisting customers with all product/delivery complaints
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries as needed, back up phone coverage for lunches and absences.
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- BILINGUAL in French and English, preferrable
- College Certificate or Diploma
- 1-2 years related experience
- Team player
- Strong Organizational & Problem Solving Skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting timelines/ tasks
- Solid Written and Verbal Communication skills
