We are searching for an exceptional individual to join our team to help communicate Provident’s unique services on Vancouver’s Westside.
**The Role**
You will respond to incoming sales leads and deliver an exceptional first impression of Provident. Visiting homes and businesses, you will educate owners about how to combine the latest technology with guard response services to protect their families, homes and businesses.
This is not a cold-calling role. Every day, prospective clients contact us requesting a sales visit. You will communicate directly with homeowners, business owners as well as designers, architects and general contractors serving some of Canada’s most exclusive properties.
One of our core values is to ‘build trust & confidence with every interaction’. As the first in-person point of contact with prospective clients, you will ensure they feel they’ve made the right choice by contacting Provident.
The vast majority of our business is upgrading existing systems in homes and increasing their overall level of security through education and service. It will involve communicating with our own team of designers and technicians as well as coordination with other service providers to ensure that clients' needs are understood, respected and honored.
Although experience in the alarm industry could be an asset, we do things differently and require someone who is ready to rethink what they know about delivering high-end security to residential and commercial clients. We are not a typical security company. Past success in sales is a must, and while experience in the security industry could be a bonus; it is definitely not critical.Previous experience with luxury brands or services is a relevant asset.
We have the technical know-how, we’re looking for someone who can communicate professionally and efficiently with our prospective clients. If you are personable, have the sales & communication skills, we can teach you the security skills.
The compensation structure includes a base salary as well as commission plus bonus opportunities.
