Leduc, Canada Allen's Transport Full time

Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, filing, & data entry.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide clerical support to staff members as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies.
- Assist accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll departments as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Sundry duties may be assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Previous AP, AR experience would be an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
