**Duties**:
The Office/HR administrator is responsible for HR, administrative, basic accounting and office support activities to ensure efficient administrative and HR operations.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and request equipment or building maintenance
- Assist in searching and collecting information for the projects
- Take clear, concise meeting minutes at management meetings
- Assist with financial and operational reporting and compliance filings
- Participate in projects related to the development and implementation of administrative processes and systems
- Plan and execute social activities for the office
- Collect, scan and maintain documents and records in appropriate files
- Maintain and update employee records, including training documentation and attendance
- Prepare formal communications to employees
- Assist in the recruitment, selection and training processes
- Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll for all employees, while auditing payroll processing reports for accuracy
- Coordination, administration and execution of all benefits related activities
- Process employee enrolment, changes and terminations
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills**:

- Strong sense of urgency with superior time management skills and the ability to handle multiple roles and tasks simultaneously
- Hands on approach in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Great attention to detail. Ability to accurately proofread materials
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and ability to prioritize task
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to work with all levels of employees and departments
- General accounting literacy is an asset
- Basic project management knowledge is an asset

**Work Experience and Education Requirements**
- College degree or minimum of two years’ experience in a high paced office environment or the equivalent
- Experience with human resources processes and practices to assist with attendance reporting and producing of various HR related documents

**Salary**:From $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
