**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. This is a hybrid position in Toronto.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the HR department.
- Supports HR Managers with day-to-day operations
- Provides onboarding and recruitment support as required.
- Data entry relating to personnel records.
- Monitors the employee experience throughout the operations to identify employee relations issues and opportunities and recommend ideas and actions.
- Works collaboratively with all operations, leading and/or partnering on the communication and implementation of new HR programs and initiatives.
- Keeps current with changes to legislation national including Human Rights Act, Privacy Act, Employment Standards, and Health and Safety legislation.
- Provides information and advice regarding workforce planning, employee relations, workplace issues, workplace health and safety, and HR-related legislation.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Business or Administrative Certificate or Diploma considered an asset.
- 3 years’ experience in Human Resources or other administrative roles.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Computer skills such as Microsoft Office programs; Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of files, personal information, and other matters, as appropriate.
- Ability to complete work in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Possess strong problem-solving ability, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with HRIS (ADP)
- Ability to act with integrity, good judgment, and discretion.
