**Job Summary**
Do you have experience with full-cycle accounting and passion for full-cycle payroll and Accounts Payable? If so, we look forward to hearing from you. The Payroll Administrator/AP Clerk will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, administering benefit plan, payroll journal entries, government remittances as well as posting, tracking and paying of vendor invoices, maintaining relationships between vendors and the company. This is a work-from-home opportunity.

**Duties**:

- Manage and process payroll for employees (Union and non-union employees)
- Utilize Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Time software
- Perform account reconciliation for payroll transactions
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks related to payroll
- Conduct data entry for new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation
- Add/Remove employees from Benefits program
- Generate payroll reports as needed
- Assist in audits related to payroll processes
- Post and Track company invoice obligations, report inaccuracies and variances
- Reconcile and verify all company invoices and monthly statements
- Assign payments to applicable cost centers

**Skills**
- Experience with Quickbooks Online accounting software
- 2 years of previous payroll experience preferred
- Union payroll experience would be considered an asset
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation processes
- Ability to handle accounts payable tasks
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Experience with Construction industry is an asset

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
