Textile Import company, located in Old Montreal near Place D'Armes. We are a family business. We serve clients across Canada and import têxtiles from several countries. We have been in business for over 50 years and are well respected in the industry. We also have real estate which we manage from the same offices.

**Job description**

We are looking for a secretary able to manage a variety of different tasks. A successful applicant will be able to process orders, adjust inventory, invoice clients, and be responsible for receivables. You will need to send out marketing letters. Send samples to clients, and help with online marketing of different fabrics we offer. You will also be controlling warehouse inventory, negotiate rates for transport, and manage warehouse and transport expenses. You will also need to be very organized and help with general organization in the office. Additionally, we also manage a few properties and you may be called on, to show apartments, organize repairs with trade professionals, and deal with general tenant issues. Workday is from 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday to Friday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $43,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, French (required)
