**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner at the front desk.
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a courteous tone.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently into our computerized systems.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed, including preparing reports and managing correspondence.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines efficiently.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
