**We are looking for a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Montreal office (On-Site)**
As a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting visitors and performing administrative functions to drive company success.

**Your day as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant**
- Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner and inform team members promptly of their visitor’s arrival.
- Answer incoming calls promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
- Order lunches, dinners, or other dishes at the request of office services manager.
- Assist employees in booking conference rooms.
- Manage and maintain reception organized and clean at all times.
- Manage mail distribution efficiently. Handle courier, overnight, and same-day mailings for all departments.
- Sort and distribute insurers' mail (ICS) daily.
- Route mail from all BFL offices across Canada.
- Distribution of mail to pigeonholes and updating of pigeonholes (Cart and pigeonholes)
- Sort incoming insurance policies via our internal portal to the right department and teams.
- Manage office supplies inventory, and place orders as needed i.e. bottled water, soft drinks, etc.,
- Efficiently distribute incoming faxes via fax server.
- Place and coordinate service calls for office maintenance. (small repairs, etc)
- Support in the organization of company events and other projects as needed.
- Up to 3 years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Computer literate, with excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Team player and dynamic
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
