**Bilingual Receptionist for Downtown Hotel**

Are you a dedicated and service-oriented individual looking for an exciting _opportunity in the heart of Montreal? _Our client, an established company located in the vibrant Vieux Montreal area, is currently seeking a dynamic and organized **Bilingual Receptionist **to join their team at a prestigious **Hotel in Griffintown.**
As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our guests. Your exceptional customer service and warm welcome will set the tone for a memorable stay.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and provide information about hotel services
- Assist guests with requests and offer recommendations for local attractions.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns with tact and promptness.
- Maintain an organized and inviting reception area.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Ability to create, manage, and analyze spreadsheets, including formulas, functions, and data visualization. Experience with pivot tables and data manipulation is a plus.
- A solid understanding of Sage software, including data entry, invoicing, and report generation. Familiarity with Sage's accounting and financial tools is essential.
- Exceptional customer service and building positive relationships
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English.
- Strong multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using reservation and front desk software.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime shifts.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Hourly wage: $16.50 to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications
