We’re looking for an Account Executive to joing our Sales & Marketing team in Winnipeg
The Account Executive will serve as the primary liaison between assigned clients and internal work groups, responsible for preparing customer specifications for all product requirements and facilitating on-time delivery of tickets and other game deliverables.

**What You'll Do**
- Ensuring thorough understanding of customers' requirements
- Ensuring customer specifications accurarately reflect the customers' requirements
- Ensuring timely responses to customer requests
- Ensuring timely, error-free preparation and approvals of artwork, customer specificatoins, Kodak profffs etc. to keep game orders on schedule.
- Representing the customer's perspective in internal discussions.
- Building and maintaining solid customer relationships to help grow our business with lotteries
- Participating in the development of product marketing strategies for customers.
- Acting as client contact on daily management of projects and correspondence

- A go-getter who dives in, takes the initiative and is skilled at balancing client needs and expectations.
**What You'll Bring**
- Post-Secondary education in Busines Administration, Marketing or other related field.
- 3+ years' experience in an aministrative or project coordination role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously and operate with flexibility in the presence of shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Prior lottery industry experience is considered an asset.
