We provide essential services that ensure the safety and security of the people of the Province of Ontario. Despite this, CTSB members have risen to the occasion and will continue to surpass expectations in meeting the needs of a diverse, geographically deployed OPP workforce.

The OPP Values promote always doing the right things for the right reasons, by:

- Serving with PRIDE, PROFESSIONALISM and HONOUR.
- Interacting with RESPECT, COMPASSION and FAIRNESS.
