At Nutritionwize Diet Clinic, our team of Registered Dietitians and Certified Diabetes Educators are committed to empowering individuals with nutrition and wellness. The Administrative Assistant (Clinic Coordinator) is responsible for the daily booking of clients, handling inquiries and maintaining smooth operation of clinic & administrative tasks.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients and answer inquiries accordingly.
- Contact and book patient appointments.
- Organize patient referrals and booking accordingly.
- Ensure smooth running of booking softwares (Oscar, Accuro).
- Maintain patient charts and updating information in charts as required.
- Handle insurance claims and details when required.
- Other administrative duties as assigned for daily running of clinic.
**Experience**:
- Experience in sales is preferred.
- Experience working in a clinic setting is an asset.
- Experience with EMR softwares (eg. Oscar, Accuro) is an asset.
- *Must be able to speak Hindi or Punjabi*
**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
