_**Executive and Administrative Support**_
- Arranges team and supervision meetings on behalf of the CEO (includes room bookings)
- Provides minute taking for team meetings and tracks action items.
- Provide direct administrative and office management support to all members of the management and administration team, as directed.
- Schedule and organize meetings and functions, assist in preparing agendas, take minute and document and track action items.
- Assists in planning and arranging special team projects, initiatives.
- Maintain accurate files electronically and in hardcopy to ensure responsible administrative records.
- Assists in purchase orders and invoicing for department needs.
- Provide direct administrative support in copying, filing, scanning, maintaining supplies inventory etc.
- Maintains accurate records of employees requests and forward appropriately.
- Troubleshoot and/or escalate office administration issues.
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
- Present a positive and professional image of the executive office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other persons.
- Other duties shall be assigned as required.
**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated work experience in similar role required
- Social Service background an asset
- Must be able to pass vulnerable sector reference check
- Knowledge of office administration procedures
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Ability to managing multiple and changing priorities at once
- Minute taking and action item tracking experience
- Familiar with working with men experiencing homelessness preferred
- Excellent leadership skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
