**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Vision & Strategy**: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term goals and market opportunities. Ensure the product strategy drives growth, customer satisfaction, and market leadership.
- **Roadmap Development & Prioritization**: Lead the development and prioritization of the product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic objectives. Ensure the roadmap aligns with business goals, customer feedback, and market trends.
- **Product Lifecycle Management**: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation. Ensure timely and successful product delivery while optimizing for quality and market impact.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Champion a customer-first mentality, leveraging market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to identify key opportunities and gaps. Develop products that deliver exceptional value and solve customer pain points.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive product initiatives forward. Foster a culture of collaboration to ensure smooth execution and product success.
- **Go-to-Market Strategy**: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring product positioning, pricing, and messaging resonate with target audiences.
- **Leadership & Team Development**: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, designers, and product analysts. Build a high-performing, collaborative team that excels at delivering innovative products and solutions.
- **Metrics & Performance Evaluation**: Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to assess product performance, customer satisfaction, and business impact. Continuously optimize products based on data-driven insights.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director or VP of Product).
- Proven experience in building and scaling products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in [industry: e.g., SaaS, consumer tech, hardware, etc.].
- Demonstrated success in launching products from concept to market, managing product teams, and driving business growth.
- Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly engineering, marketing, and sales.
- Deep understanding of product development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities with a proven capacity to inspire and manage high-performing product teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach, combined with a keen business acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, while navigating ambiguity and delivering results.
