**VP, Sales & Marketing**

Specializing in non-intrusive ultrasonic flow measurement and nuclear plant performance analysis, Advanced Measurement & Analysis Group Inc. (AMAG) has helped nuclear power plants around the world for over 30 years increase production, improve instrumentation accuracy, reduce uncertainty, and improve safety compliance.

We have an exciting opportunity and are looking to hire a VP of Sales & Marketing who is a collaborative, hands-on, client focused and results-oriented VP, Sales & Marketing who has a passion for developing, executing and managing successful sales and marketing strategies and initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability.

**As a key member of our leadership team, and reporting to the COO the VP, Sales & Marketing will be responsible for the following**:

- As part of the strategic planning process lead the development of a comprehensive business development plan identifying key markets, opportunities, and partners.
- Execute strategies to ensure annual sales targets and related KPI’s are met.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation, discovery, positioning, quotes, negotiating, conversions and ensuring orders are processed in a timely fashion.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, tradeshows, leveraging existing client base and manage lead follow-up in a timely, organized, and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain activity/revenue forecasts and prepare and provide reports as required.
- Develop and effectively manage customer accounts and relationships.
- Develop and maintain up to date client and lead databases.
- Drive user engagement and network development.
- Develop strategic partnerships and networks.
- Oversee brand strategy and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee Corporate communications and messaging including social media, website, printed materials, advertising, media, public and corporate relations.
- Oversee marketing outreach, including trade show and conference coordination.
- Support COO in providing market data and insights for the development of pricing strategies and the pricing process.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, mentor and develop staff.
- Manage the departmental budget to targets.
- Contract/PO Management including maintaining templates, ensure communication of contract requirements and milestones to project managers, finance and others, point of contact for customer commercial activities.
- Provide market intelligence and identify solution/product opportunities into the product management and technology development processes.
- Lead the establishment of AMAG’s presence in international markets, building business cases and identifying partners and/or locations.
- Other duties as assigned.

**We are looking for the following qualifications**:

- BA in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Master’s in a related field is preferred.
- 5-8 years business development, sales and/or marketing experience in a technical environment.
- 5 years management experience.
- Experience in the Nuclear power industry is preferred.
- Able to work closely with technical experts to understand and communicate the principles of operation of our flow measuring services and its value proposition.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client focused relationships.
- Superior verbal & written communication abilities, including effective presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skill, including the ability to coach and mentor team members.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent business acumen.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Resilient with an ability to readily adapt to change.
- Collaborative and inclusive team player.
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently.
- Computer proficiencies - MS Office, CRM/lead tracking software.
- Valid drivers licence with access to a car for local travel.
- Travel, including international travel up to approx. 30% is required.
- Canadian citizen with the ability to obtain high level security clearance for on site client meetings is required.
