**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for business development.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to prospective clients.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing technical sales support.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with current promotions and campaigns.
- Follow up on leads generated through telemarketing efforts and convert them into sales.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in technology sales.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and communicate them effectively.
