Your Contribution:
The **Director Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD)** directs all strategic aspects of the design, planning and implementation of corporate and operational learning and organizational development programs, policies and procedures. This individual assesses, develops and implements enterprise L&OD programs in the areas of training and learning journeys, development plans, leadership development, onboarding, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, change management and employee engagement initiatives. This individual ensures all enterprise learning and organizational development programs are well deployed, sustained over time and continuously improved. This role may lead other learning and organizational development individual contributors.
- Directs, develops, plans, and implements learning and organizational development strategies and initiatives that align with Englobe’s business priorities and objectives;
- Creates L&OD initiatives and programs as they relate to broader organizational and employee development strategies;
- Provides consultative advice on emerging L&OD needs, prioritizes needs, designs and implements solutions;
- Directs the implementation and continuous improvement of technology and software to support efficiency and effective design and delivery of L&OD solutions;
- Monitors and measures the effectiveness of L&OD programs and processes, report on metrics and return on investment (ROI);
- Develops and manages organizational relationships with consulting firms and vendors in the area of leadership assessment and development, team effectiveness, etc.;
- Collaborates with the Employee Experience and the Communication teams to design and execute an internal communication strategy to maximize awareness of all L&OD program and opportunities;
- Leads, coaches and mentors a small team of learning and organizational development partners to achieve objectives and leverage potential.

Your Profile:

- Bilingual English & French (spoken and written);
- 10+ years, including 3+ years in a people leadership role;
- Experience translating business needs into learning and organizational development priorities and providing value for the organization;
- Proven experience in the design and development of learning and organizational development programs;
- Ability to make excellent and well justified decisions in complex situations;
- Strong business acumen with superior analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong leadership, facilitation and coaching capabilities;
- Superior skills with Microsoft Office tools, especially with PowerPoint;
- CTDP, CPTM, PROSCI, SHRM, ICF designations or other certifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety
