**Job Description**:

- So, what will your new role look like?_

The Talent Management and Organizational Development Advisor is responsible for developing and enhancing our people processes. This role is critical in ensuring that the organization has the right talent programs, processes and solutions to achieve its goals and objectives. You will:

- Develop and implement talent management strategies and programs that align with organizational goals and objectives, in collaboration with the rest of the HR team.
- Identify skills gaps within the organization and design strategies to bridge them and develop and retain talent.
- Design and implement leadership development programs to cultivate a pipeline of capable leaders and support succession planning efforts.
- Manage the design, implementation and enhancement of programs or processes related to employee performance and employee engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Share industry best practices and emerging trends in talent management.
- Contribute to the development of programs aimed at upskilling employees on identified business needs.
- Act as a Talent Consultant to HRBPs and business groups; providing expertise and direction in the following fields: development, succession planning, talent review, organizational development and change management.
- Provide guidance and support in change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and cultural transformation.
- A typical week?_
- Work with HRBPs to solve team challenges by diagnosing and proposing solutions.
- Develop programs to upskill employees on identified priorities.
- Lead organization-wide projects around enhancing our people processes.

**What does your future team look like?**

You will be a part of the Culture & Organisation department, working with a team of professionals in learning and talent management on high impact cross-organization projects.
- What are the newest challenges awaiting your team?_
- Identify current talent development gaps within the organization and build programs from scratch to ramp up employee skillsets.
- Build a leadership development program.
- Develop our succession planning process.
- Align and harmonize our progression and performance management processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to identify skills gaps and build talent development programs;
- Excellent facilitator capable of consistently and effectively engaging a wide variety of audiences;
- Capacity to understand and consider both business needs and employee needs;
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills;
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into critical talent development initiatives;
- Project and change management to handle multiple projects (small and large) with conflicting priorities and deliver projects on time with excellence;
- Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment;
- Knowledge of organizational development.
