With facilities across North America that serve both local and international markets through all of its operating companies; Redwood Plastics and Rubber, Nylatech, Industrial Plastics & Paints, and Advanced Nylons. Industrial Plastics & Paints is a 70-year brand, servicing Western Canadian industry through four branch locations in Victoria, Richmond, Mission & Kelowna.

We require an individual who can help us grow our sales by $8m over the next 5 years while building their career in partnership with us; focused on completing objectives that drive the company’s success and growth.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- 1._ _Work in partnership with sales management teams across our various business units to develop a unified sales strategy. This strategy will ensure we effectively market our collective range of products without creating inadvertent internal competition._
- 2._ _Immediately create / build a Sales team of both inside and outside sales professionals._

3. _Conduct in person sales calls at customers facilities and job sites._

4. _Analize historical sales data to guide our implementation of new B2B sales strategies across various market & industry sectors to drive rapid growth._

5. _Develop meaningful KPI’s that will track the success of our actions resulting in immediate sales results._

6. _Lead sales initiatives and team development in existing and new markets._

7. _Communicate our 70-year legacy to a new generation of commercial clients._

**_ Overview:_**

As the Sales Manager, you’ll drive sales strategies, manage hands-on sales, cultivate key accounts, and build a successful sales team.

You’ll analyze business data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies. Your role includes hands-on sales, account management, and building a successful sales team to duplicate your success. To achieve this, you will extract opportunities from within our existing business data and emerging market trends.
