Sales Manager

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Leads and manages the Sales team, including providing direction, motivation and training to achieve sales targets, business objectives and expand market share
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market presence
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to develop innovative sales strategies and explore new product lines
- Collaborate with other departments, including Production, Engineering and Quality, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives and processes
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate regular reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead of the curve
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote brand awareness
- Additional duties as assigned
**Professional Experience & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales management, plus an additional five (5) years in direct sales - preferably in the construction or building materials industry
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Knowledge of civil infrastructure, natural resources, forestry, industrial and/or mining is considered an asset

AE Concrete specializes in delivering standard and custom civil precast solutions: Water, Electrical and Communication Vaults, Chambers, Trenches, Box Culverts, Street Light Bases, and a variety of custom precast solutions via our in-house engineering team. Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
