As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with our team of audiologists and hearing aid specialists to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic and provide essential administrative support. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting patients and addressing their initial inquiries.
- Scheduling and organizing appointments.
- Performing administrative tasks such as managing patient records and billing.
- Assisting in coordinating daily clinic tasks.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain an efficient and friendly work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the medical or healthcare field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in office software and ability to learn new computer systems.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English/French.

**Description du poste**:
En tant qu'adjoint(e) administratif(ve), vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe d'audioprothésistes et d'audiologistes pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de la clinique et offrir un soutien administratif essentiel. Vos responsabilités principales incluront, mais ne se limiteront pas à:

- Accueillir les patients et répondre à leurs questions initiales.
- Planifier et organiser les rendez-vous.
- Gérer les appels téléphoniques et les courriels entrants.
- Effectuer des tâches administratives telles que la gestion des dossiers patients et la facturation.
- Aider à la coordination des tâches quotidiennes de la clinique.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe pour maintenir un environnement de travail efficace et convivial.

**Exigences**:

- Expérience préalable dans un rôle administratif ou de service à la clientèle, de préférence dans le domaine médical ou de la santé.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement dynamique.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de bureau et aptitude à apprendre de nouveaux systèmes informatiques.
- Attitude positive, professionnalisme et souci du détail.
- Langues courantes: Anglais / Français
