**Summary**:
Reporting to the VP Marketing, the Content Marketer is responsible to manage creation of print, visual and video content to engage with our target audiences, ensuring consistency of brand and relevancy to industry, and manage and execute the organization's social media plan.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage brand presence, ensuring consistency and identifying opportunities to build the brand.
- Develop and support production of all print, visual and video marketing collateral from creative direction to content, adapting scope, timelines, and deliverables as needed for maximum benefit for effective marketing programs to achieve customer and partner acquisition objectives.
- Plan and execute social media strategy, ensuring content is on brand and aligned with larger goals and campaigns.
- Produce instructional videos and other multimedia content to train customers and employees on how to use our products and services.
- Enforce consistent brand positioning, messaging and voice to drive product interest.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and marketing agencies ensuring alignment for internal and external marketing projects.
- Coordinate and manage content management and information sharing both internally and externally.
- Help gather, analyze and present brand and competitor insights, trends, and data, to identify opportunities for growth, including monthly, quarterly and annual social media metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Experience in a marketing role with similar duties (technology industry experience is an asset).
- Hands on experience managing brand and messaging.
- Creative experience developing assets for sales and marketing purposes, including presentations, imagery, videos, case studies and whitepapers.
- Experience managing social media to create brand awareness - both planning and execution on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube at a minimum.
- Strong design, copy writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, and experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce and HubSpot experience an asset).
- Experience with video production, including recording, editing, and publishing.
- A keen understanding of brand guidelines and voice, and the relationship between audience and content.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively, and able to work under pressure with changing timelines.
- The ability to travel internationally, if required.
