Job Title: Content Writer, Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Writer, Marketing Manager to join our team at Flextrack. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that drives engagement, awareness, and conversion for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality content that informs, educates, and entertains our audience.
  • Write and edit engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, social media, email newsletters, and more.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content marketing.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of content campaigns and provide data-driven insights to inform future content decisions.
  • Work closely with our design team to create visually appealing content that complements our brand identity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing tools and technologies to ensure we are using the most effective tools to achieve our goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone and style requirements.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and more.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress or Pardot, is a plus.
