Customer Service/receptionist

Ottawa, Canada Appliance Canada Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Scheduling deliveries
- Order deficiencies, return/exchange management
- Informing customers of product or parts back orders, or substitutions if required
- Providing a weekly report on the status of customers cases back to your assigned rep
- Arranging installation
- Placing service calls
- Other duties as directed by Appliance Canada

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and French will be given priority consideration
- High school education or higher

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
